What products are included in my order?

Unless the product option specifically states otherwise, the order includes the pillow cover only.

The pillow inner, display stand, clothing, and other accessories shown in product images are not included.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes may include:

• 50 × 150 cm
• 50 × 160 cm
• 60 × 180 cm

Please check the product page before ordering, as available sizes may vary by product.

The pillow cover and pillow inner should be the same size.

How long does production take?

Most products are made to order.

Production normally takes approximately 7–14 business days after payment is confirmed.

Production time may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Do you ship internationally?

Worldwide tracked shipping is available for eligible destinations.

Delivery time varies depending on the country, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. When tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout after the order has been shipped.

What fabric options are available?

Fabric options may include:

Short Plush:
Soft and warm with a short, velvety surface.

Peach Skin:
Lightweight, smooth, breathable, and suitable for everyday use.

Upgraded 2Way Tricot:
Smooth, elastic, and designed for clear printing and a close fit.

Ultra-Soft Fabric:
A premium option with a softer and more delicate feel.

Available fabric options may vary by product.

Are the designs printed on both sides?

Most pillow covers are double-sided printed unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please review the product images and selected design version carefully before ordering.

How should I wash the pillow cover?

Hand washing is recommended, especially for delicate fabrics such as 2Way Tricot.

Use cold or lukewarm water below 30°C / 86°F and a small amount of mild detergent.

Do not use bleach, scrub aggressively, twist forcefully, iron directly on the printed surface, or expose the cover to strong direct sunlight.

Air drying in the shade is recommended.

Why does the color look slightly different?

Colors may vary slightly because of:

• Screen settings
• Lighting conditions
• Fabric choice
• Printing conditions
• Photography and image editing

Small color differences are normal.

Why is the size slightly different?

Every pillow cover is cut and sewn by hand.

A measurement difference of approximately 1–3 cm may occur and is generally considered normal.

Can I change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to change the design, size, fabric, or shipping address if production has not started.

Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation may be possible before production begins.

Because most products are made to order, cancellations may not be accepted after production has started.

Can I return a product because I changed my mind?

Made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange for personal reasons.

Please check the selected design, size, fabric, and shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, clear photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

Do not wash, use, alter, or discard the product before contacting us.
