This discount can be used only once per customer. Also, it cannot be combined with other discounts.
10% OFF for Purchases of 2 or More Items (Combinable)
When you purchase 2 or more items in a single order, you will receive 10% OFF.
This discount can be combined with other combinable discounts that meet the conditions.
Repeat Customer Discount (Combinable)
Customers who have previously purchased one or more items from Hakineko can enjoy a 10% OFF repeat customer discount on future purchases.
Customers who have purchased a cumulative total of 5 or more items from Hakineko can enjoy a 15% OFF repeat customer discount on future purchases.
If the condition of 5 or more cumulative items is met, a 15% OFF discount will be applied, and it will not overlap with the 10% OFF repeat customer discount.
The repeat customer discount can be combined with campaigns explicitly marked as combinable, such as the "10% OFF for Purchases of 2 or More Items."
Therefore, if an eligible repeat customer purchases two or more items in a single order, they can receive a maximum of 25% OFF.
Worldwide Free Shipping
Hakineko offers worldwide free shipping on all products.
Basic shipping fees do not apply to products eligible for standard shipping, such as dakimakura covers, dakimakura bodies, and related accessories.
Delivery may take longer than usual in some remote areas or depending on shipping conditions.
Regarding Discount Usage
Discounts marked as "**Combinable**" can be used together if their respective conditions are met.
Discounts marked as "**Cannot be combined**" cannot be used simultaneously with other discounts.
The first-time subscriber 15% OFF is not combinable. The 10% OFF for purchases of 2 or more items and the repeat customer discount can be combined according to the conditions mentioned above.
