Made-to-Order Products
Most products sold in our store are made to order according to the design, size, and fabric selected by the customer.
Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of these products, returns or exchanges for personal reasons may not be accepted.
Personal reasons include, but are not limited to:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Selecting the wrong design or version
• Selecting the wrong fabric
• Changing your mind after production has started
• Disliking the product when there is no quality issue
Quality Issues
Please contact us if your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Missing an item
• Printed with the wrong design
• Affected by a confirmed production defect
Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the full product
• Close-up photos of the issue
• Photos of the packaging
• A short description of the problem
Do not wash, use, alter, or discard the product before contacting us.
After reviewing the evidence, we may offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another resolution depending on the situation.
Color and Size Differences
Colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, fabric type, and printing conditions.
Because every pillow cover is cut and sewn by hand, small measurement differences may occur. A difference of approximately 1–3 cm is generally considered normal and is not normally treated as a defect.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the item is being made specifically for your order.
Return Authorization
Do not send a product back without contacting customer service first.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. The return address may be different from the original shipping address.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days after the refund is issued.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
