Production Time
Most products in our store are made to order.
Production normally takes approximately 7–14 business days after payment is confirmed.
Production time may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery time begins after your order has completed production and has been dispatched.
Tracking Information
Tracked shipping is available for eligible orders.
After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
